Having earned a master’s and a postgraduate research master’s in Employment and Labor Law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre, Nadia Perlaut was admitted to the bar in 2001.

After working at the law firms Tuffal-Nerson and Normand &Associés, she joined La Garanderie Avocats upon its creation in 2006.

Pleading regularly before the labor tribunal, she has acquired solid experience in handling sensitive case files (on moral harassment, discrimination, burn-out, situations of permanent anxiety) and the law of procedural rights.

Nadia developed a special set of skills regarding managing work accidents and occupational diseases; and she assists companies in finding solutions to daily individual and collective issues involving occupational health matters.

Aside from her professional activities, Nadia is actively involved in efforts aimed at protecting endangered species and is an enthusiast of hiking.
