Elsa Benassaia holds a Master 2 Research degree in Social Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and was sworn in as a lawyer in January 2023.
Elsa Benassaia provides both litigation and advisory services in the field of individual and collective labor relations.

Before joining La Garanderie Avocats, Elsa completed various internships at different law firms, including La Garanderie Avocats and Delsol Avocats. She also completed an internship as a labor law attorney at a group with 2,500 employees.
 
Elsa Benassaia is involved in various areas of the firm, namely “Freedoms & Human Rights,” “Ethics & Compliance,” and “Organization & Well-being at Work,” thus working in fields that she enjoys and in which she has already invested herself.
 
Keen to develop her knowledge of the digital aspects of the profession and LegalTech, Elsa Benassaia is involved in the creation of a LegalBot aimed at helping to combat moral and sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Outside of work, Elsa enjoys traveling (Asia, Latin America, the United States, Europe, etc.) and reading.
