Maylis Haramboure obtained a master’s degree from the University of Bordeaux and a Master’s in Labor Law Research from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, during which she wrote a master’s thesis on the notion of occupational category, under the direction of thesis director Françoise Favennec-Héry.
She also holds an LLM in Employment Law from the University of East Anglia (UK)., which enabled her to acquire an excellent mastery of spoken and written English.
Maylis works on individual and collective work relations matters, providing both litigation and advisory services. She is particularly interested in addressing collective bargaining issues and handling disputes involving work accidents and occupational diseases. When working on such matters, she regularly pleads before labor courts or employment tribunals.
Before joining La Garanderie Avocats, Maylis had the opportunity to do several internships at law firms such as CMS Francis Lefevre or Capstan Avocats. In addition, she did internships in the human resources departments of various businesses in the public and private sectors.
Maylis participates in the firm’s "Social Dialogue & Collective Employer-Employee Relations," "Health and Healthcare" and " Work Organization and Employee Well-Being " departments.
Aside from her professional activities, Maylis is an avid runner and hiker.
