Chrystelle Deschamps holds a DJCE degree in Business Law from the University of Rennes. She was sworn in as a lawyer in 1992 while working as an associate at the Lafarge Flécheux law firm, where she appeared before all labor courts and social security courts.

Before joining La Garanderie, Chrystelle worked for nearly 30 years in multidisciplinary French law firms.
She worked at Jeantet & associés with Maître Jean Neret (where she handled collective restructuring cases) and Coblence & Associés, as well as Anglo-Saxon firms (Eversheds and Norton Rose), where she participated in numerous social audits.

Chrystelle Deschamps works with French and foreign companies and their executives, assisting them with issues relating to both individual and collective labor law.
She has developed expertise in handling cases of workplace harassment and implementing dismissal procedures for senior executives, and for several years she was a speaker at CEGOS.

Her extensive experience in labor court litigation led Chrystelle to become a Zen labor court advisor at the Paris Bar in March 2019, with the aim of resolving difficulties encountered in labor court proceedings.
 
Within the firm, Chrystelle Deschamps is involved in the “Organization and Well-Being at Work” and “Health” divisions.
 
Outside of work, Chrystelle enjoys golf and traveling.
