It was on the strength of her extensive experience in the corporate world that Stéphanie acquired her familiarity with the day-to-day working life that was to inspire her to pursue a career in labor law.

With a double master’s degree and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Labor Law and Human Resources Management (Paris X-Nanterre) and a diploma in Criminal Sciences (Panthéon Assas-Paris II), Stéphanie also holds a specialty certification in Labor Law awarded by the French Council of National Bar Associations

After having practiced law at the firm Mazars & Associés, starting immediately after being admitted to the bar, in January 2000, Stéphanie joined La Garanderie Avocats, in 2006, becoming a partner in 2021.

Stéphanie Serror works in the area of strategic corporate legal advice for all industrial sectors, and provides legal services and representation to clients, notably on issues relating to individual and collective work relations, collective bargaining, social audits, relations with social partners, corporate restructuring, termination of employment procedures, as well as duration of work issues, social protection and life risks insurance, and URSSAF (Social Security Contributions) audits.

She regularly oversees and leads seminars organized by our firm and its partners, and she also works with training establishments and organizations, where she speaks on her areas of expertise.
 
As the person in charge of our “ Training” department and overseeing the certified training activities that La Garanderie Avocats is qualified to offer, she coordinates and teaches, in inter and intra enterprise formats, practical training programs relating to technical, legal and operational aspects of Labor Law.

Stéphanie Serror participates in meetings and discussions of the “Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining” and “Compensation & Benefits” departments and leads, in particular, the “Work Organization and Employee Well-Being” department.
 
As a sports enthusiast, she is convinced that workplace sports play an important role in keeping employees physically and mentally healthy as well as improving their quality of work life.


As a member of the l’Institut du Travail et du Management Durable (ITMD)/Sustainable Work and Management Institute (SWMI), she is also a partner of the Groupe RH&M and gives professional training sessions at Cegos.

She regularly publishes specialized articles, related to the world of the workplace and business enterprises.
