Gwladys Da Silva holds a Master’s in Job Protection Law for Businesses from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Before joining La Garanderie Avocats, Gwladys worked as an insurance law practitioner with Médiateur de l’Assurance, for five years.

On the strength of that experience, Gwladys Da Silva developed notable expertise in insurance law issues and, in particular, matters concerning entry into, performance, or interpretation of individual or collective insurance policies.
 
Within the firm, Gwladys Da Silva provides legal consultancy and litigation services regarding employment and labor law issues; and, based on her prior experience, she also advices on matters dealing with social security law, supplementary social protection and savings plans.
 
Gwladys advises business clients on issues related to the application of social security legislation (such as URSSAF audits) or the implementation and execution of collective healthcare and insurance plans, supplemental retirement plans and various employee savings plans.

From her work in those areas, she has acquired special knowledge and skills on administrative litigation regarding issues such as employee profit-sharing, incentive plans, savings plans & share ownership (e.g. challenging observations raised by regional labor and social affairs authorities, such as DRIEETS or other authorities and inspectorates).

Within the firm, Gwladys Da Silva participates in the meetings and discussions of “Compensation & Benefits Policies,” “Social Dialogue and Collective Employer-Employee Relations,” and “Human Rights & Freedoms” departments.

In her free time, Gwladys Da Silva is a runner and an enthusiastic practitioner of French kickboxing, among other sports.
